Refund Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your wine, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at cheers@jackpinewines.ca. We’re here to help make things right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Be sure to include photos and details of the issue so we can sort it out promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items, such as custom orders or personalized products, aren’t eligible for return. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to get in touch and we’ll be happy to clarify.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
